Reading Group: Investigate the Bible

Ever wanted to explore the Bible, but not really sure what to begin?

Our reading group is a great way to investigate the Bible as we read through Luke’s gospel account of Jesus.

When: 4 sessions on Monday nights, 7:30-8:15pm

Monday August 17 – session 1 (Luke chapters 1-6):
Monday August 24 – session 2 (Luke chapters 7-12):
Monday August 31 – session 3 (Luke chapters 13-19)
Monday September 7 – session 4 (Luke chapters 20-24)

How it works: The host will read a section of Luke’s gospel with some commentary along the way, and will provide an opportunity for participants to ask any questions they have. Each sessions goes for about 45 minutes. By the end of all 4 sessions, you will have finished reading Luke’s gospel and know a lot more about what Christians believe.

Where: On Zoom (feel free to turn your video off or on depending on whatever you’re most comfortable with). Here is the link to join.

RSVP: You don’t have to RSVP but it would be nice to know if you’re coming along if possible. Email pipw@stpaulsanglican.org.au
